Expressive and fruity nose, with notes of Morello cherry and raspberry and hints of smoky caramel. On the spin there are peony notes along with notes of pepper and licorice. The palate is fresh and balanced, with intense, slightly roasted fruit flavors (cassis, morello cherries).

【Chateau Moulin de la Riviere】

Château Moulin de la Rivière has 13 hectares of vineyards spread across the municipalities of Civrac (clay-limestone soil) and Oldonac (clay and gravel) in the Médoc appellation of Bordeaux. The winery is part of the “Révélations” collection of wine merchant Yvon Mau Group. He collaborated with world-renowned winemaker consultant Hubert de Boüard (co-owner of Château Côte d’Or, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru A) to create a wine that is full of fruit and aroma. Botanical wine. On the palate, there are notes of blackcurrant, liquorice and wood, supported by a fairly solid tannin structure.
