這款 27 edition 就是代表第 27 個年份，主要用上 2015 年採收的葡萄，再混入 38 款來自 9 個不同年份共55% 的 Reserve wine，最老的去到 2005 年。當中 10% Pinot Noir 經浸皮以增加顏色和結構，最後瓶中二次發酵 on lees 陳熟約 7 年後才裝瓶上市。帶有玫瑰果、桑葚、紅醋栗、牡丹花和柚子的香氣。口感細膩，帶有蜂蜜、柑橘的味道和餘韻悠長的乾果風味，氣泡相當細膩。

Based on the 2014 vintage, complemented by some 33%reserve wines from six other vintages, Krug's new NV Brut Rosé 26ème Édition isshowing beautifully, offering up aromas of tart red berries and plums mingledwith notions of warm biscuits, dried fruits, flowers and orange zest. Medium tofull-bodied, taut and incisive, with terrific concentration, racy acids and along, penetrating finish, it's an intensely flavored, electric wine that standsout as a particularly good recent release from this storied house.

【Krug Champagne 庫克酒莊】

Krug 庫克酒莊由Joseph Krug在1843 年創立，至今有 超過180 年歷史。當時各大酒莊偏向釀製年份香檳，强調每年的天氣以及風土對香檳風味的變化。Joseph Krug在當時打破了傳統，希望無論氣侯如何改變，都能每年生產出最醇厚美味的香檳。及此，他推出了無年份香檳「Krug Grande Cuvee」，並取得空前成功。現在，無年份香檳被視爲代表了香檳廠的風格，尤其在氣候偏冷涼的產區。

庫克酒莊雖然是LVMH集團的成員，集團成員也包括其他知名品牌Moët & Chandon、Veuve Clicquot。但Krug的管理團隊依舊是相同家族，且有自主的決策空間，至今已經傳到第六代。庫克酒莊有多條產品綫，當中包括無年份的Krug Grande Cuvee、粉紅香檳Krug Rose、年份香檳 Krug Vintage、Krug Clos du Mesnil白中白（Blanc de Blanc）以及Krug Clos d’Ambonnay 黑中白（Blanc de Noir）。

其中Krug Grande Cuvee是酒莊的入門酒款。由 1843 起每年都會生產，分成不同的版本(Edition)，例如171 edition就是代表第 171 個年份。釀酒團隊每年會逐一品鑒酒莊200多款基酒，綜合團隊的意見混釀出符合標準的Grande Cuvée。值得一提的是，每瓶Krug香檳瓶身都印有Krug ID，消費者能透過ID了解酒款各項資訊（例如基酒年份、葡萄品種）。
