【酒莊 Winery】

湖道酒莊（Lake Road Wines）位於紐西蘭的吉斯本（Gisborne）葡萄酒產區，是一家家族經營的酒莊。酒莊首批葡萄樹種植於1975年，當時主要為紐西蘭知名釀造商克本斯酒莊（Corbans Wines）提供釀酒葡萄。20世紀90年代，酒莊擴大了葡萄園面積，並加大了對霞多麗和長相思的種植。2008年，湖道酒莊正式發佈酒莊出產的第一款葡萄酒。2012年，湖道集團有限公司（Lake Road Group Ltd）成立，新公司開始擴大其葡萄酒出口市場，進一步減少對競爭激烈的紐西蘭市場的依賴，並從全國其他優質葡萄酒產區採購釀酒果實。現在，酒莊葡萄酒目前已遠銷至多個國家和地區，在澳大利亞、美國、新加坡和中國都頗受歡迎。

長期積累的經驗與年輕的熱情相融合，使酒莊能夠得以創新和適應變化，打造屢獲大獎的高品質葡萄酒。酒莊現已正式發佈的系列有湖道、金星（Kopu）、石河（Stoney River）等18款葡萄酒，深受廣大消費者的喜愛。

【產區 Region】

湖道酒莊除了在自有葡萄園栽培葡萄，還從紐西蘭其他產區的酒農處精選優質葡萄，葡萄園分別分佈在吉斯本、瑪律堡（Marlborough）、霍克斯灣（Hawkes Bay）三個葡萄酒產區。各葡萄園根據不同的土壤特性和風土條件，分別加以嚴格管理，以收穫風味物質濃郁的優質葡萄。葡萄園中種植的白葡萄品種主要有霞多麗（Chardonnay）、長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）、瓊瑤漿（Gewurztraminer）、維歐尼（Viognier）和灰皮諾（Pinot Gris），而種植的紅葡萄品種主要有西拉（Syrah）和黑皮諾（Pinot Noir）。

【有關釀造 Winemaking】

為了防止果實氧化並保留最純淨的香氣，葡萄於3月中旬的清晨、天氣最涼爽時進行採收。隨後，果實進入低溫不鏽鋼桶中進行控溫發酵。全程不使用橡木桶熟成，以最大程度地維持長相思活潑、新鮮的品種特性。
