簡介：力士金莊園（Chateau Lascombes，又名：力士金城堡）位於法國波爾多梅多克產區的瑪歌（Margaux）產酒村，與著名的瑪歌酒莊（Chateau Margaux）只有數百米之隔。在1855分級中，力士金莊園憑藉優質的葡萄酒被列為二級莊。力士金莊園的歷史最早可追溯至17世紀，當時隸屬於杜福爾·杜拉斯（Durfort de Duras）家族，並不是一個獨立的酒莊，而只是杜福爾•杜拉斯眾多田產中的一部分。後來，力士金（Lascombes）家族的成員謝瓦利埃·安東尼·力士金（Chevalier Antoine de Lascombes）接手了酒莊，將其變為一個獨立的酒莊，並正式命名為“力士金莊園”，這個名字便一直沿用至今。目前，力士金莊園是葡萄園面積最大的1855列級莊之一，其位於瑪歌產區的葡萄園佔地120公頃，此外，酒莊還在上梅多克（Haut-Medoc）產區擁有10公頃葡萄園。力士金莊園紅葡萄酒（Chateau Lascombes, Margaux, France）優雅而不失力量感，單寧充沛，口感細膩醇厚，隨著陳年，其香氣將更為複雜迷人，結構也愈加精巧，充分反映了瑪歌產區的卓越風土。

釀酒宗師米歇爾·羅蘭擔任釀酒顧問

從2001年開始，酒莊聘請著名的“飛行釀酒師”米歇爾·羅蘭（Michel Rolland）擔任釀酒顧問。在釀酒工藝上，力士金莊園的葡萄篩選去皮後，會進行低溫浸漬，接著分別採用不銹鋼罐和橡木桶來進行酒精發酵與蘋果酸-乳酸發酵（Malolactic Fermentation）。發酵結束後，酒液需要先經過4個月的酒泥陳釀，然後繼續在新桶比例為80%-100%的法國橡木桶中熟成18-20個月。酒莊的整個釀酒流程借助柔和的重力自流法（Gravity Flow）來完成，有效減少了劇烈的機械處理對果實、葡萄汁和酒液的摩擦與攪拌，避免了可能因此發生的酒液成分和酒體結構的異常變化，最大限度地保留了葡萄酒的自然醇香。

Aromas of crushed blackcurrants and cherries with dried Provence herbs, lavender, raw walnuts and spiced cedar. Graphite, too. Full and muscular with a broad-shouldered, velvety tannin structure that goes on for minutes. Textured and chalky with a lingering finish. Very polished.

In this stylish wine, fruit and tannins are in harmony. Black plum flavors are richly concentrated with the firm structure. The wine is set for long-term aging.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2020 Lascombes comes skipping out of the glass with bright, cheery scents of raspberry coulis, blackberry preserves and fresh blackcurrants, plus suggestions of pencil shavings, dried roses and charcuterie with a waft of bouquet garni. The medium to full-bodied palate has great tension and energy, delivering crunchy red and black fruit layers and a firm, grainy frame, finishing long with an herbal lift.

A terrific success in the vintage, the 2020 Château Lascombes sports a dense purple color as well as gorgeous black and blue fruits interwoven with plenty of toasty oak. Playing in the medium to full-bodied end of the spectrum, it has velvety tannins, good mid-palate density, and beautiful overall balance. It’s one of those wines that brings plenty of ripe fruit yet always has a solid sense of elegance and purity.

The 2020 Lascombes is a deep, sensual wine. Blackberry fruit, lavender, espresso and chocolate are all amplified in this exotic Margaux. Plush and racy, with soft tannins, Lascombes shows off the more opulent side of the appellation. The 2020 is not super-complex, but it is easy to appreciate and drink.
