【Chateau Calon Segur】
Chateau Calon Segur位於法國波爾多梅多克（Medoc）的聖埃斯泰夫村（Saint-Estephe），在1855分級（The 1855 Classification）中位列三級莊，在與二級名莊玫瑰莊園（Chateau Montrose）相鄰。
是梅多克歷史最為悠久的酒莊之一，起源可追溯至高盧羅馬（Gallo-Roman）時期，早在12世紀就已開始釀造葡萄酒。酒莊名字中的“凱隆（Calon）”最初源於拉丁文中的“Calonis”，指的是那些在梅多克地區內河流域穿梭往來、運送木材的小船。與其餘歷史久遠的酒莊一樣，Chateau Calon Segur也曾數度易主。
18世紀初，Nicolas-Alexandre de Segur入主Chateau Calon Segur，酒莊迎來了重要的歷史發展時期。Nicolas-Alexandre de Segur可謂當時葡萄酒界叱吒風雲的頭號人物，他同時還擁有拉菲古堡（Chateau Lafite Rothschild）、拉圖城堡（Chateau Latour）以及木桐酒莊（Chateau Mouton Rothschild）三座頂級名莊，曾擔任波爾多議會主席，法國國王路易十五（Louis XV）還曾戲稱他為“葡萄酒王子”。 但是Nicolas-Alexandre de Segur卻對Chateau Calon Segur情有獨鍾，他說：“我雖然在拉菲和拉圖釀造葡萄酒，但是我的心卻在凱隆。”也正因為這樣，一個心型圖案至今仍然印在Chateau Calon Segur葡萄酒的標籤上，向後人傾述侯爵對Chateau Calon Segur的一片癡心。
酒莊自1894年以來一直由Capbern Gasqueton家族擁有。Madame Gasqueton夫人去世後，2012年，由法國阿克亞信貸銀行（Credit Mutuel Arkea）旗下的蘇拉瓦涅（Suravenir）保險公司收購， Jean-Pierre Denis成為酒莊新主人。他對葡萄酒有著濃厚的興趣，本身也是一位葡萄酒收藏家。
經過兩年的翻修，酒莊建成了一座全新的重力酒窖，並於2016年開始投入使用。通過手工採收的葡萄被運送至釀造車間後，會被放置在震動去梗機上進行輕柔去梗，隨後立即送入冷卻管道內降溫至12度，這使葡萄得以保持清新。完成發酵前的冷浸漬後，葡萄果實會在重力的作用下，被輕柔地轉移到發酵罐內。酒莊配備多種不同尺寸的不銹鋼發酵罐，對不同地塊的葡萄進行分開發酵，為最終的酒液調配提供更精細的選擇。正牌酒會在新桶比例為100%的法國橡木桶中陳釀18至20個月；副牌酒則會在新桶比例為30%的法國新橡木桶陳釀約17個月。
葡萄園占地55公頃，俯瞰著吉倫特河（Gironde），除了受益於河流的調節作用外，園內的土壤還受河流沉積作用的影響，形成了非常深厚的礫石底土，排水性優越，而表層覆蓋的薄黏土則能夠保有葡萄生長所需的水分，這樣的土壤構成賦予了凱隆世家紅葡萄酒兼具力量感和細膩感的特質。葡萄園由一面古老的石牆環繞，在它的守護下，葡萄園現有面積與1855年被評為三級莊的那一年相比別無二致，這在整個梅多克都是非常罕見的。目前，園內種植著56%的赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）、35%的梅洛（Merlot）、7%的品麗珠（Cabernet Franc）以及2%的味而多（Petit Verdot）。除了葡萄藤外，園內還種植了一些豌豆類植物，這些植被不僅能作為天然殺蟲劑，減少化學藥劑的使用，還能保持土壤活力和礦物元素的平衡，為葡萄藤營造更健康的生長環境。此外，酒莊還於2006年開始有計劃地進一步提高赤霞珠的種植比例。酒莊精心挑選了品性不一的優質赤霞珠克隆植株，旨在為最終成酒提供更高的複雜度。
目前共出產三款葡萄酒：正牌酒凱隆世家紅葡萄酒（ Chateau Calon Segur, Saint-Estephe, France），年產量約80,000瓶；副牌酒凱隆世家侯爵紅葡萄酒（Le Marquis de Calon Segur, Saint-Estephe, France），年產量約12,0000瓶；三牌酒凱隆世家聖埃斯泰夫紅葡萄酒（Saint-Estephe de Calon Segur, Saint-Estephe, France），年產量約50,000瓶。

The 2018 Le Marquis de Calon Ségur is a drop-dead gorgeous second wine from Calon Ségur. Bright, lifted and punchy, the 2018 has so much to offer. Expressive floral, savory and spiced notes from the Cabernet add shades of nuance to a core of dark red and purplish berry fruit. Beautifully textured and inviting, the Marquis is positively stunning in 2018. The blend is 53% Merlot and 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, mostly young vines planted between 2008 and 2012.
