巴黎之花 (Perrier Jouet) 的誕生始於一段浪漫唯美的愛情——1811年，Pierre-Nicolas-Marie Perrier與Adele Jouet在埃佩爾內市(Epernay)結婚。出於對香檳共同的熱愛，二人創建了巴黎之花 (Perrier Jouet) 香檳廠，一個優雅超凡、威望卓著的香檳品牌由此誕生。
1811年創立以來，巴黎之花香檳廠便贏得了釀造頂級精緻和高雅香檳酒的美譽。酒廠的創始人Pierre Nicolas Marie Perrier 先生和他年輕美麗的妻子Jouet 女士，用兩人的姓氏共同命名他們的事業而佐證彼此幸福的結合。在兩百年的發展歷程中，巴黎之花香檳廠一直秉承著開拓創新的精神和對品質的追求。
“巴黎之花美麗時光香檳”是酒莊最出色的產品。它以法國頂級葡萄園的精選葡萄為原料，營造出濃濃的貴族氣息，其獨特魅力在這些歷史悠久、特性各異的優秀葡萄產區互相輝映，達成豐盈完美。
新藝術運動時期的玻璃藝術大師Emile Gallé於1902年為巴黎之花創作的標誌性裝飾圖案——銀蓮花，也成為了美麗時光系列香檳瓶身經典永恆的圖樣。
巴黎之花在香檳產區不斷尋找著最好的葡萄園，在1840-1870年間，將香檳區特級葡萄園亞儀（Ay）、瑪依（Mailly）、阿維茲（Avize）還有最重要的克拉芒（Cramant）收歸其版圖。因此創立初期巴黎之花已經在世界贏得釀造頂級優雅精緻香檳的美譽。

Luminous pale gold with a stream of ultra-fine bubbles. The nose marries bright white peach, elderflower and lemon verbena with nutty brioche and a whisper of beeswax. The palate is creamy yet taut, juicy pear and apricot flavors framed by chalk mineral and vibrant citrus acidity. Soft honeyed undertones linger on the lengthy, refined finish, with persistent floral lift. An effortlessly balanced prestige cuvée, ideal for seafood feasts.

The 2016 Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque Brut opens with bright scents of mirabelle plum, confit citrus, butter brioche and white blossom. Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and seamless, it delivers pinpoint fine mousse and a fleshy core of ripe orchard fruit, lifted by zesty citrus acidity and lingering chalk mineral tension. The dosage is perfectly integrated, lending gentle honeyed sweetness without weighing down its floral, airy character.

Pale straw-gold with a persistent, lace-like mousse. Aromas of white anemone flower, poached pear, lemon curd and toasted hazelnut unfold gently, touched by subtle green spice and flinty mineral. Silky and balanced on the palate, with layered orchard fruit, brioche cream and saline chalk minerality. Bright, poised acidity carries the long, elegant floral finish.

The 2016 Belle Époque is floral, delicate and impeccably balanced, true to Perrier-Jouët’s house identity. White flower, pear and citrus aromas lead, followed by almond, toasted bread and chalk on the palate. The mousse is light and airy, acidity bright but not aggressive, and the finish mineral-driven with quiet honeyed fruit. It’s a cuvée of grace rather than power, built for extended drinking pleasure over the next 10–15 years.

Bright pale gold with fine bead. Attractive aromatics of jasmine, green apple, apricot and toasted almond, plus subtle brioche and flint. Medium-bodied, silky texture, well-integrated acidity and chalky mineral backbone running through the midpalate. Flavors of ripe pear, lemon tart and wildflower honey carry to a clean, lingering finish. It’s elegant, not overly rich, with terrific length and precision.
Decanter 93pts
A beautifully expressive vintage Belle Époque with the house’s signature floral charm front and centre. Delicate white blossom, poached pear and pink grapefruit on the nose, underscored by hazelnut praline and chalk dust. The palate is soft, creamy and harmonious, with fine persistent mousse and zesty citrus acidity countering gentle honey fruit. Mineral saline notes define the long finish. Approachable now, but will gain deeper toasty complexity through 2032+.
