Tasting Note 嚐酒筆記：酒液呈中度鮭魚色，帶有銅色光澤。香氣中綻放成熟草莓與鮮紅覆盆子的芬芳，隱約透出輕柔辛香，令人聯想到夏威夷粉紅薑、柑橘與蜂蜜，並帶有一絲泥土氣息。入口後，新鮮壓榨的草莓風味躍然舌尖，伴隨柑橘與泥土氣息，在極其悠長而持久的餘韻中縈繞不散。
【酒莊 Winery】
Perrier-Jouët以其香檳白葡萄酒而聞名，毫無怠懈地致力追求頂級卓越近二個世紀，被歸類為頂級酒莊的獨特風土條件更為其最佳見證。由於其高質量的葡萄幾乎不需要添加糖，以更突顯混釀的精緻品質;以全新，截然不同的香檳製造方法創造出第一支正統的「Brut」香檳特釀。這一理念一直保持至今，Perrier-JouëtGrand Brut是這一傳統的繼承人，也是著名的Perrier-Jouët風格的發起者。
酒窖大師HervéDeschamps從大約50種不同的酒中選擇最上等的葡萄酒，熟練地將每瓶酒以及一定比例的儲備酒混合在一起，以 Pinot Noir 的獨特深度為基底，混入具有迷人果香的 Pinot Meunier，再採用來自酒莊頂級的 Chardonnay 白葡萄酒增加混釀的清新度，火石味與礦物特質。最後於封瓶後將會放入酒窖陳年三年。首席釀酒師以 Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut 致力於表現葡萄酒的結構，果味與醇度，以及能搭配食物享用的適度個性，其混釀的獨特手法充分展現對完美的追求。
1993年，Hervé Deschamps正式從André Baveret手中接過首席釀酒師的職位，成為巴黎之花兩個世紀以來的第七位首席釀酒師。與其他香檳釀酒師調配時慣常採用的，先將味覺屬性相近的酒樣進行混合，再統一配比成該酒莊一貫風格的做法不同，Hervé Deschamps會先勾勒出一張成型的“草圖”，再憑藉自己對幾十種酒樣特徵的記憶，將調配的工作一氣呵成。
釀酒師的工作不能假手於人，Herve現在的工作包括了監控香檳的質量，發酵過程，換瓶除渣，靜置與過桶及混調等過程。

Perrier-Jouët（巴黎之花）產自法國香檳區（Champagne）的中心地帶。其總部位於埃佩爾奈（Épernay），葡萄園總面積達 65 至 106 公頃，且多數葡萄園位於頂級產區（Grand Cru），如白丘（Côte des Blancs）的 Cramant 和 Avize。

創立於1811年的Perrier Jouet，早有「香檳之花」的美麗稱號，歷史比Krug、Dom Perignon還要悠久 !! 1811年，Perrie-Nicholas-Marie Perrier與太太Adele Jouet創立Perrier Jouet品牌，二百年以來在法國指定香檳區建立起多個優質葡萄園，其中位於卡蒙的Cote de Blanc白丘葡萄園更被評為100%的頂級葡萄園，其他Belle Epoque、Grand Brut及Blanson Rose等系列，均取自評分達99.2%的優質葡萄園，以用強烈餘韻的Chardonnay葡萄最為著名，極品級葡萄造就出經典口味。

Very pretty aromas with peach and crabapple character, as well as cotton candy and light nutmeg. Medium-to full-bodied with very fine bubbles that run the length of the wine and persist. Really fine and beautiful. Ultra-complex and refined.

This famed Champagne in its Belle Epoque flower label remains a very fine wine. This latest release is still in its vibrant fruit stage, showing no signs of aging. The hints of strawberries are balanced against the fine texture. The wine is ready to drink.

The 2013 Brut Rosé Belle Epoque is turning out very well with a delicate, floral bouquet of peach, spring flowers, strawberries and almonds. Medium to full-bodied, seamless and elegant with a delicate mid-palate, it’s fresh and slightly tannic with a mineral, mouthwatering finish. This is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay and 5% Pinot Meunier with a dosage of nine grams per liter.
