Made from the finest spirits from Cognac’s two core regions, Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, this cognac is a medium amber color. Its aromas of fresh apricot, iris, and other floral and fruity notes blend with a touch of spiciness from white pepper. Without an overpowering oak flavor, this young, entry-level Cognac is vibrant, elegant, and energetic, perfect for both neat drinking and cocktails.

Hine, a French Cognac brand founded in 1763, is located in the fertile Cognac region and is recognized as a "Specialist in Vintage Cognacs." Its Chinese name, "御鹿" (Yu Lu), comes from its logo, a perched stag.
In 1791, Thomas Hine, a young man from Dorset, England, arrived in France and worked in the Cognac region in the wine trade. He married Françoise-Elisabeth, the beloved daughter of the winery owner, and in 1817, the winery was named after him. Over 200 years later, the Hine family has reached its sixth generation; the only constant is the continuous inheritance and innovative interpretation of this two-and-a-half-century-long legend of fine wines.

According to regulations, Cognac is classified by age, from youngest to oldest, into VS, VSOP, and XO, with older vintages commanding higher prices. Château Lafite Rothschild is renowned for its limited production and high quality, focusing solely on producing VSOP and higher-grade Cognacs, particularly its rare vintages. As one of the few remaining distilleries in the Cognac region still producing single-vintage Cognacs, Château Lafite Rothschild has released over a dozen vintages since the last century, the oldest dating back to 1914. Each vintage produces only a few thousand bottles, highlighting their rarity and preciousness.
Each year, the distillery selects a portion of its vintage cognac to be shipped to its cellars in Bristol, England, for aging. The low, stable temperatures and high humidity in this region impart distinctive flavors and textures to the spirits, forming the defining characteristic of Early Landed Vintage Cognac. This novel and unique aging method is known as Early Landed Vintages. This tradition continues to this day.
Since 1962, Early Landed Vintages has been the only cognac brand to hold a Royal Warrant granted by Queen Elizabeth II, making the distillery the official cognac supplier to the British Royal Family.

After the autumn grape harvest, the grapes are carefully selected and naturally fermented for about a week under strict monitoring to produce a delicate and smooth base wine, which is the superior raw material for the winery's distillation. Château Las Noire insists on distillation on lees to extract the fresh fruit aromas from the white wine. The freshly distilled eaux-de-vie, after rigorous selection, are aged in oak barrels to achieve a richer complexity and structure. The winery uses only French oak barrels to age its eaux-de-vie, paying particular attention to two key elements in barrel making: firstly, selecting finely grained wood, and secondly, lightly toasting the oak barrels during the manufacturing process to prevent overly heavy tannins and smoky aromas from masking the delicate fragrance of the cognac. For a long time, Royal Deer has been considered one of the most exquisite cognacs.
