Specially distilled using bonito flakes from the long-established "Kanei" shop, which opened during the Taisho era, and Kobe's famous sand eel, resulting in a salty and savory ocean flavor. Therefore, the label features a design resembling a deep-sea blue jellyfish, creating a novel and appealing image. The aroma is characterized by orange and herbal notes with a hint of sea salt. On the palate, it's smooth with a slightly sweet, tart citrus flavor, complemented by a touch of bonito flakes and dried fish, all savory without any fishy taste. The finish returns to a refreshing herbal aroma, resulting in a gentle overall character.

Kobe Distillery GIN YAMA x 1 bottle (200ml)

This whisky is distilled using green tea leaves from the renowned Kobe tea garden "Shizukaen" and four other plants from Hyogo Prefecture, giving it a mountain-like character. The label features a green hill design, creating a unique and eye-catching aesthetic. The whisky boasts a refreshing yuzu aroma, with notes of shiso leaves and the sweetness of green tea on the palate. The finish offers a spicy kick from Arima chili and juniper berries, along with rich camphor wood notes that harmonize with the yuzu aroma.

Sake Brewery

Kobe Distillery is a boutique distillery located in Kita-ku, Kobe City, Japan. Established in 2022, it quickly gained a reputation in Kobe. Currently, the distillery boasts two large stills, aiming to use Kobe's specialties and combine them with time-honored distillation techniques to produce brandy, whisky, and other spirits. For whisky, they select English malt, bourbon, and sherry casks to create a full-bodied flavor.
