Exchange or Refund Terms:
Once payment is received, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
Refunds apply only to erroneous duplicate transfers or transfers exceeding the amount due
For refund amounts over $500, 5% processing fee applies. For amounts under $500, a flat fee of $25 per order applies.
Please allow a minimum of 3 business days for processing
If a refund is requested due to issues on our part (such as out-of-stock items or damaged packaging), we will cover the associated processing fees

- Defective products, such as visibly damaged packaging or leakage
- Confirmed orders that cannot be shipped due to insufficient inventory
For the above situations, please ensure you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange/refund.
Take photos of the defective item and send them to us via WhatsApp or email for verification.
Exchange/refund requests for any other reasons will not be accepted.

Re-shipment Terms:
- Order contents do not match the quantity or style of items received
- Delivery is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe
