The history of Chateau Branaire Ducru can be traced back to the 17th century, and it was once part of the Dragon Boat Manor (Chateau Beychevelle). After the death of the owner of Longchuan, the vineyard under his name was split into several pieces, one of which was acquired by Jean-Baptiste Braneyre in 1680, and this was the prototype of Zhou Botong Winery. Later, after careful management by several owners, Zhou Botong Winery grew gradually. In 1824, a magnificent castle was built, and in 1855, it was firmly seated as a fourth-growth winery.

The source of the incident is Château Branaire-Ducru in Bordeaux, France, which is the first-class table wine of Cathay Pacific Airways. History

Chateau Branaire-Ducru is located in the Saint-Julien region of Medoc in Bordeaux, France, surrounded by well-known estates. The winery's long and splendid history can be traced back to the 17th century. In those days, Benny Duke was part of the magnificent Chateau Beychevelle. After the death of the owner of the Dragon Boat Estate, he left behind a large Bordeaux vineyard that was already heavily in debt. In order to repay the debt, the vineyard was divided into several small vineyards, and many new wineries were born as a result, Zhou Botong is one of them.

Terroir

The vineyard area of the winery is 59 hectares, covered with gravel soil and clay. 70% of the land is planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% with Merlot, 4% with Cabernet Franc and 4% with Petit Verdot. The average age of the vines here is 35 years. Grape planting densities vary from 6,700-10,000 vines/ha.
