Fruit has been carefully selected from Ant’s Waihopai and Wairau Valley vineyards to create this delicious wine. On the nose, this is a typically full-bodied wine, with notes of tropical fruit and citrus that Sauvignon Blanc lovers will love. Marlborough is full-flavored, with bright tropical notes and a light herbal aroma, while the finish is full of citrus acidity, another masterpiece from the New Zealand winemaking legend.

Winemaker and owner Ant Moore has over 20 years' experience in Marlborough, having developed five world-class vineyards representing the region's diverse terroirs. He also dares to innovate, combining modern elements and reclaiming locations that no one had chosen before, but those locations have now become mainstream. From being unknown at the beginning to people starting to appreciate his wine and looking for it everywhere, to now his wine is everywhere, and he even has his own Wine Club. His flagship white wine, Estate Sauvignon Blanc, was ranked 33rd in the Top 100 by Wine Spectator 2021! This wine has been praised many times by major wine critics as the most cost-effective choice and is one of the most successful wineries.

The vineyard is also certified by Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand™ and is one of the few members of AMW Appellation Marlborough Wine. AMW members need to have wines that are 100% Marlborough produced, which already requires continuous certification, with regulations on harvesting, and experts testing the quality of the wine. This can be considered a high-quality certification. Currently, there are only more than 50 wineries included, many of which are famous wineries. Ant Moore now produces more than ten wines. In addition to the sustainable direction of not using chemical pesticides, it also adheres to low sulfur, so the aroma of the wine will be more extrovert and pure, and more natural overall. Ant's unique winemaking style is inspired by his appreciation for the "Old World" art of winemaking, an art that originated in Europe and has been perfected through generations. What makes Ant Moore wines special is that he combines old world winemaking knowledge with the latest techniques and technology.
