Characteristics: The two lines that wrap around the bottle convey energy, elegance and authority. Hence the name, Austo. The abbreviation of Austero ("Austere") is intended to emphasize the characteristics of simplicity, rigor, dignity, elegance and uniqueness. Austo expresses the image of Terre Cevico and its identifying values, which are reflected in this project, represented by its characteristics of exclusivity, elegance, quality and craftsmanship. Austo arose out of our desire to highlight Terre Cevico's winemaking project in a truly one-of-a-kind bespoke bottle
Vinification technique: Chardonnay grapes are lightly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in oak barrels before being bottled.
Test notes: As soon as I poured it out, I was attracted by the bright golden color of this wine, which is quite eye-catching. It smells of white flowers and grapefruit, and the entrance is full of Chardoonay's classic lemon and grapefruit fruity aromas, with a touch of blood orange and mineral flavor. With a touch of soft barrel aroma, the whole wine is quite balanced, suitable for drinking in hot summer, and it will complement each other with frozen seafood, appetizers and other foods!

Terre Cevico was founded in 1963 as a cooperative in Romagna and sold wine in bulk throughout the 70s. With the development of the company, we started to sell bottled wine in restaurants after 2000, and gradually expanded the sales channels. We are currently expanding our production not only in Emilia-Romagna, but also in Veneto, Tuscany and Umbria. It has grown into one of Italy's leading cooperatives, selling wines to more than 60 countries. 【Rubicone IGT 】
Rubicone IGT The Rubicon River region is located in the Emilia-Romagna region of central Italy. This IGT was established in 1995, with a total vineyard area of about 4,146 hectares and an annual output of 5,819,000 boxes. The wines produced are red wine, white wine, sparkling wine and dessert wine. Rubicone IGT places great emphasis on varietal wines. The IGT category was founded on the principle of freeing winemakers from the constraints of traditional and restrictive DOC laws, which only allow the use of a small number of grape varieties. Rubicone IGT legal documents approve nearly 40 grape varieties for use in varietal wines. These include traditional local varieties such as Ancellota and Fortana, varieties from other regions of Italy (such as Raboso from Veneto and Ciliegiolo from Tuscany) and increasingly popular French varieties Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah
