Avion Silver Tequila has a rich agave aroma with herbal notes of mint and rosemary, with a hint of flowers and black pepper tones and a hint of grapefruit and pineapple.

Avion was founded by entrepreneur Ken Austin in 2009 with the goal of creating the "Rolls-Royce of Tequila". The brand name "Avión" means "airplane" in Spanish, symbolizing the founder's pursuit of speed and quality. In 2018, Pernod Ricard acquired 84% of its shares, further promoting the expansion of its global distribution network. Avión is positioned as an "ultra-high-end handmade tequila", focusing on small-batch production, and its core consumer market is the United States, the world's largest tequila market.

Avion only uses Blue Weber Agave, all of which come from a single estate in the high-altitude area of Jalisco, Mexico. These agaves need to grow for 8-10 years before they can be harvested, with higher sugar content and richer flavor.
Avion pays more attention to environmental protection, using solar power generation and rainwater recycling systems, and working with local communities to promote organic planting techniques.

Traditional crafts:
Slow roasting: The agave heart (Pina) is slowly roasted in a brick oven for 72 hours to maximize the release of natural sugars.
Handmade distillation: Double distillation using traditional copper pot stills to ensure the purity and fineness of the liquor.
Ultra-slow filtration: Ultra-slow filtration through activated carbon and quartz sand to remove impurities while retaining flavor substances.
Innovative details: Some wines (such as Reposado and Anejo) are aged in whiskey barrels, giving them unique vanilla and caramel aromas.
