This unfiltered sake is aged for one yearat -10℃/14°F and has a pale gold color. Its refreshing acidity makes it aperfect match with cheese and pasta dishes with butter as well as whitefishcarpaccio. Serve chilled and in a big wine glass to accentuate the refreshingdeep flavors. Along with a meal, it sure become a memorable glass of sake.



Katokichibee Shoten brewery was establishedin 1860 and now the descendant of the eleventh generations is running thebrewery. Only traditional methods and exclusive ingredients are used to brewjummai sake :such as subsoil water of Hakusan mountain peaks, Yamada Nishikiand Gohyakumangoku rices and home-cultured yeast.
