Chateau de Camensac is located in the village of Saint-Laurent in the Haut-Medoc of Bordeaux, bordering the Saint-Julien appellation. One of the few classified Chateaus in Grammar. Although the Haut-Médoc production area has not achieved as impressive results as the four famous villages in the Medoc, the quality of the wine produced is still highly praised.

Regarding the historical origin of Camensac Castle, the relevant records are not exhaustive. However, one thing that is certain is that the winery began to participate in the Bordeaux wine trade in the 18th century, and the wine produced was exported to the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and other countries. In the 1855 classified winery rating, Camensac was listed as a fifth-level winery together with Chateau Cantemerle and Chateau Belgrave, which are classified wineries in the same production area.

During the harvest season, the first round of screening was carried out while the grapes were hand-picked. This screening mainly focused on grape fruits. The grapes are then quickly transported to the brewing workshop for a second screening using a screening machine. This screening is to remove impurities such as grape branches and leaves hidden among the fruits. After screening, the grapes enter the alcoholic fermentation process. The fermentation workshop of Castle Camensac uses two different fermentation vessels of cement and stainless steel with different capacities from 50 hectoliters to 225 hectoliters to carry out alcoholic fermentation and maceration of broken grapes. Both fermentation vessels can be temperature controlled. . The alcoholic fermentation lasts for about 3 weeks, and then the wine is pressed and transferred to oak barrels with a new barrel ratio of about 40% for aging. The aging period lasts for about 18 months, and then the wine is bottled in the winery.

Chateau de Camensac currently produces Chateau de Camensac, Haut-Medoc, France, and Chateau de Camensac Croft red wine (La Closerie de Camensac, Haut-Medoc, France). , Le Bailly De Camensac, Haut-Medoc, France) and Le Bailly De Camensac, Haut-Medoc, France, four wines, with an annual output of 200-300,000 bottles. Among them, the genuine wine, Chateau Camensac red wine, is of excellent quality and often receives over 90 points from major wine critics and wine evaluation organizations.
