Characteristics: 35% of the blend undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is then aged in barrels for 12 months before bottling. Only 11,000 bottles were produced
Tasting Notes: It has aromas of lime peel, dried pineapple, green mango, dried thyme, salted almonds and pine needles. The wine is medium to full-bodied with bright acidity. Layered and concentrated. Lots of fresh and dried fruit herbs and nuts. With hints of passion fruit and white flowers. Medium bodied, elegantly textured and sharp, this is a beautiful white wine.
