【Chablis 1er Les Lys 】

Les Lys is one of the finest sites in the Vaillons and the only premier cru in the world with a north-facing slope. The soil is rich in clay, offering excellent water retention. The most beneficial factor for grape growth in this area is wind, which keeps the grapes dry, preventing mold and insects, and concentrating acidity and sugar levels.

This baijiu possesses remarkable elegance and balance, with ample aging potential. Its minerality is pronounced and lingers into the finish. Its acidity and fruity aromas bring layers of freshness to the wine, making it an elegant baijiu.

Domaine Daniel Dampt & fils, located in the Chablis region of Burgundy, France, boasts a history spanning over 150 years. It is currently managed by Daniel's two sons, Vincent and Sebastien. Daniel's father-in-law is Jean Defaix of the renowned Defaix family in the Chablis region. Vincent and Sebastien have inherited the exquisite Chablis winemaking tradition from their father and grandfather. Both brothers studied abroad in New Zealand and Australia, infusing the winery with a fresh perspective.

The family-owned winery boasts 10 hectares of premier crus (Vaillons, Fourchaume, Côte de Lechet, Les Lys, and Eauroy), 12 hectares of Chablis, 2 hectares of Petit Chablis, and 10 hectares of Grand Crus. The vineyards, primarily composed of Kimmeridgian chalky limestone and clay soils, are all sustainably cultivated for Chardonnay, using state-of-the-art stainless steel fermentation tanks and modern equipment for winemaking.
