Taste: Gewurztraminer Gewurztraminer + Moscatel Muscat grapes. I have been looking forward to her aroma. It is really attractive: Lychees, white flowers, honey, dried fruits, the strength is medium to high! ~ And the interesting part of this wine is that it smells sweet, but the drink is sweet, it is a dry white wine~ The taste is sweet, but it is as strong as the aroma: West sleeves, pineapple, lemon zest~ Wine Zhuang’s Falcata series is based on minerals, emphasizing the characteristics of terroir, and sure enough, there is a salty mineral flavor in the tail section.

【300 Years of Brewing History】

The history of the winery Pago Casa Gran began at least 300 years ago. The winery is housed in the Casa Benasal building and still preserves the old wine cellars from that period. Manuela Galbis, the founder's mother, restarted Pago Casa Gran wine production in the 1960s. At Pago Casa Gran, the entire winemaking team regards themselves as true wine craftsmen, which means that they are fully committed to two key goals: to produce the highest quality wine, and to continuously improve the machinery and technology. The entire production model follows strict organic standards. Since 2006, it has obtained European certification and has also obtained the highest level of Delinat organic standards.

The effect of ground cover on the soil is similar to the effect of skin on the body: they can protect the soil and provide biodiversity. These crops are specially designed for each plot according to the vitality, density and soil type of the vines, so it is easy to see the same kinds of flowers and plants in the vineyard! !
