This sparkling sake from Heiwa Shuzo ismade with Yamada Nishiki rice. The rice is polished to 50% making this a JunmaiDaiginjo sparkling sake. A fresh and textural style with a fine mousse andlingering palate. Green apple, white flowers & melon. Brilliant as anaperitif however also works well with lighter dishes.


Heiwa Shuzo was established in 1928 inWakayama prefecture. Their goal is to create products that reflect thelandscape, climate and raw materials of their birthplace - Wakayama. Thebrewery is surrounded by mountains providing soft pure water perfect forbrewing sake.
