Introduction: "ishigami" is an approachable plum wine series produced in Wakayama Prefecture, known as the hometown of plum wine. The wine uses Kishu Nanko plums that are fully mature on the tree. Specially brewed using the "5-stage extraction method" to extract a richer plum flavor. In addition to this, Wasanbon sugar and brewing alcohol are added in batches to the inherent sweetness of the plums, making the taste richer while also adding depth. The taste is sweet and satisfying, and the fruity taste is as fresh as "biting a bite of fruit". The flavor is rich and melts in your mouth.

Hamada Co., Ltd. is located in Wakayama Prefecture, which has been the hometown of plum since the Edo period (1603-1868).
