The Innocent series has always been committed to being free of impurities, without filtering or fire. The Innocent 50 sake is brewed using Gin Ginga sake rice produced in Iwate Prefecture, which produces a sake that is particularly refreshing yet rich in taste. Fresh and sweet on the palate, medium-full body with complex layers.

【Kikunoshi】

Founded in 1772, Kikunoji Sake Brewery is the oldest brewery in Iwate Prefecture, the birthplace of the Nanbu Toku school. "Seven Lucky Gods" is its founding wine and has always had a good reputation. The new style of "Kikunoshi" retains the original characteristics while emphasizing the "acidity", which is amazing. The newly established Kikunotsuka Sake Brewery is based on the concept of using "Shizukuishi's original terroir" and aims to send the rice, water and air from Shizukuishi, Iwate to the world through brewing. The water used for brewing at Kikuno Tsukasa is underground water from Mt. Iwate, one of the famous mountains in Japan. It has experienced five collapses in hundreds of years. Through the tempering of nature, it has created sweet, mineral-rich soft water that can bring out the flavor of rice. It is carefully fermented at low temperature to brew sake with a fresh aroma. The sake rice used by Kikunoshi is mainly the representative sake rice of Iwate Prefecture, "Gin Ginga", "Gin Otome", and "Yuigaoka".
