Brewed using the ‘Toyun Ume Kernel Matured Method’, in which only the kernels of plums are soaked to bring out the full flavour of the plums, this plum wine has a full, almond-like sweet aroma, and is aged for three years, and blended with brown sugar to create a deeper plum wine.

This plum wine is made using the ‘Toyo Seed Matured Method’, in which only the seeds of plums are soaked to extract the full flavour of the plums, and has a sweet almond-like aroma and a strong flavour made with brown sugar from three years of aging.

The factory is located in Nagano and Yamanashi Prefectures, which are the major wine brewing centres in Japan. The company also produces alcoholic products such as plum wine and shochu.
