Millésimé Brut insists on using only the best quality grapes, which are aged for at least seven years before being released. The winery only produces it in the most perfect years. The bubbles are delicate and smooth, with rich fruity aroma, prominent aroma of ripe fruit, and aroma of almonds and small white flowers. Rich and broad taste, fresh peach and refreshing pineapple fruit flavor, long and charming aftertaste, with mineral, pineapple and yellow peach and plum aftertaste lingering in the mouth.

This is in a new bottle, like the stout ones used for the rosé and blanc de blancs. This is very structured with a density and richness with hints of strawberry to the apple character. Bubbles turn fine textured at the end. Delicious flavors of biscuits and dried apple in the finish. Special character to this because of the very ripe vintage. Disgorged in November 2021. This is half chardonnay and half pinot noir. This can age well due to the phenolics. Drink or hold.

As usual, this latest release of the 2015 Brut Millésimé is a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Offering up aromas of confit citrus, blanched almonds, spices and a delicate smoky reduction, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and enrobing, with good depth at the core and a slightly smoky, phenolic finish. Dosage: eight grams per liter.
【Laurent-Perrier】
Laurent-Perrier Champagne House was founded in 1812 by André Michel Pierlot in Tours-sur- Marne and was named after him. Later, the winery was bequeathed by Pierlot to the then winemaker Eugene Laurent and his wife Mathilde Emilie Perrier. After Eugène Laurent's death in 1887, Mathilde Emilie Perrier took over the house and under her leadership Laurent-Perrier became one of the most successful Champagne houses before the outbreak of World War I.
In 1939, the de Nonancourt family bought Laurent-Perrier. In 1948, the winery was managed by Bernard de Nonancourt. In the more than 50 years since then, under the management of Bernard de Nonancourt, Laurent-Perrier Champagne has transformed from a champagne house ranked at the bottom of the top 100 to the third largest champagne giant today, with production increasing more than 100 times. Until his death in 2010 at the age of 90, Bernard was considered the person most responsible for establishing the modern image of the winery brand. His two daughters are now the owners of the winery.
Laurent-Perrier Champagne House is located in Tours-sur-Marne, a picturesque village located at the intersection of the three main wine-growing areas of the Marne department: the Reims Mountains, the Marne Valley and the Blancs Mountains. The winery's wines are unique: fresh, pure and elegant. Each fine wine has a different story and characteristics due to the brewer's bold and innovative brewing methods and endless pursuit of pleasure. Year after year, winemakers use strict blending standards and aging time to control the production of fine wines, thus ensuring the consistent quality of the fine wines. Currently, Laurent-Perrier belongs to the Laurent-Perrier Group of the same name, which also owns top champagne brand Salon, sister brands Delamotte, Lemoine and de Castellane and other well-known champagne brands. In 2004, the group also acquired Chateau Malakoff.
