【Kobori Sake Brewery】

During the Edo Kyoho period (early 1700s), the ancestors of the Kohori family started a business in Hakusan City. In the late Edo period, the company started making sake, and in the mid-Meiji period, it designated its brand as "Banzailaku." Inheriting the tradition of Kaga Kikushu, the brewery is still located near the Tsuruki-ku and Mori-no-Ginjo-ku in the foothills of Mt. Hakusan. The brewery produces delicious sake that pursues the highest quality of rice, water, and craftsmanship. .
