A superb German dessert wine made from grapes harvested while frozen after the first frost in autumn. The grapes are gently pressed, leaving the frozen water trapped in the press, resulting in a highly sweet and flavorful juice. The winemaking process ensures that the grapes remain healthy and of excellent quality before the first frost.
Palate: Aromas of honey, dates, and figs. Fresh acidity enhances the palate. It pairs particularly well with various fruit desserts and cheeses.

【Century-old winery Michel Schneider】

Since 1869. For over 150 years, Michel Schneider has stood for high-quality varietal wines with unforgettable characteristics. The combination of tradition and modern production methods allows us to craft our wines slowly and gently. Our red wines are aged in classic barriques (traditional wooden barrels). As a result, these wines develop a slightly spicy flavor and become exceptionally round and harmonious. Our varietal wines are the perfect accompaniment to round off everyday life. For those who appreciate the aroma of wine but don't drink it, the winery also offers non-alcoholic red, rosé, and white wines.
