The Naudet family has been winemakers since the 17th century, but Domaine Moreau-Naudet was founded in 1950 after Marie Naudet and Rene Moreau married. After taking over the family shares from his father Roger in 1991, Stephane Moreau has been praised for its regional wine style, dedicated to the production of high-quality Chablis wines, exquisite and unique winemaking techniques. Unfortunately, his death in 2016 undoubtedly caused the wine industry to lose a superstar in the wine world. His family and winery team vowed to continue his outstanding work. The team only relies on organic treatment of the grape fields, manual care and harvest of grapes to produce perfect quality wines. They choose to harvest later than their neighbors to ensure that the grapes are fully mature and work with lower yields. The Moreau-Naudet Chablis grapes are picked from the 20-30 year old vineyards in the south of Chablis. After four hours of gentle pressing, all wines are fermented with their own natural yeast in stainless steel tanks, and then in the tanks. The aged wine in old oak barrels can be aged for up to 18 months. Village wines can usually only be kept in tanks for 10-11 months. Nissan is really rich in flavor after 18 months. The wines made by Moreau-Naudet are full of characteristics, and each wine reflects its own unique terroir. feature.

Burgundy Chablis
Burgundy Burgundy's liquor can be said to be the most famous in France. Chablis is a village in the Burgundy region. In the northern part of the Burgundy region, it is geographically closer to the Champagne region. The local only allows white grapes Chadonnay to grow because of this land. Once under the seabed, there are fossils of a small oyster Exogyra virgula. These oyster shells make the soil very high in lime content, so there is a prominent mineral flavor in the wine. It tastes like slightly salty mineral water, and it may smell. To the smell like the Flint in the lighter, this pungent mineral smell plus the prominent sourness are the characteristics of Chablis.
