There's lovely flavor depth and texture here, it's slippery with a nice gentleness and heaps of passionfruit, lime popsicle and white floral notes to a long finish.
【Marlborough】
Marlborough (Marlborough) is located in the north of the South Island of New Zealand, across the sea from Wellington (Wellington) in the North Island. Marlborough is an ideal planting place for Sauvignon Blanc, which is well-known in the international wine industry. Compared with other areas, the Marlborough area has longer sunshine hours, but it is still a cool climate type, with an average maximum temperature of only 18°C in the hottest season. Coupled with the protection of the mountain topography, there is little rain during the growing period; the warm and sufficient sunshine combined with the cool night climate conditions, the grapes ripen slowly, creating just the right sweetness without losing their original fruit acidity, exuding a rich taste Its fruity aroma and citrus fresh sour taste, combined with lime and refreshing mineral taste, it is no wonder that it is highly praised by many people in the wine industry.
