Nanko Plum 3-Year Matured Plum Wine is a plum wine brewed in a special way, where the extracted plums and plum extracts are matured for one year, and then the plum wine is aged separately for two years. It has a well-balanced acidity, sweetness and rich aroma.

If you have the best plums, then there is only one job for umeboshi brewers. That is to maximize the flavor of the ingredients.

One of the best plum blossom villages in Kyushu The “Ume Sake Collection Oyama” operated by Yume Kobo in Oyama-cho, Nitta City, Oita Prefecture, is a Likur factory built together with Nikovsky. After half a century of cultivating plums, plum wine was born.

The first one is “Yumehibiki”, the official plum wine that takes a lot of time and effort to ripen over and over again.
