Domaine Pigneret Fils adheres to the Burgundy tradition and carefully takes care of the grape vines and wine, so that every wine lover can enjoy the pleasure of wine when opening a bottle of Burgundy wine. The winery is located in the Moroges, on the Côte Chalonnaise in Burgundy. The winery also has several vineyards in other Burgundy production areas.

The Pigmeret family has been working quietly in the area since 1852. On this land dominated by clay limestone, we planted four common grape varieties in Burgundy: Chardonnay, Aligote, Pinot Noir, and Gamay. The current owner, Joseph Pigner, insists on retaining the planting and winemaking methods of his grandparents, while adopting modern winemaking techniques. The owner believes that wine has life and requires a lot of time and passion. The rewards after a few years of investment bring great joy and satisfaction.

Burgundy is one of the most famous wine regions in France and even the world, and the most famous wine is produced in this region. The production area is located in eastern France, between Dijon and Lyon, and has a cool continental climate.

The regional wines, often called "Bourgogne Rouge" and "Bourgogne Blanc", are made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay respectively. In addition, common grape varieties include Gamay, which is light and soft, and Aligote, which has bright acidity. Burgundy's grading system can be divided into four levels, from large to small: Regional AOC, Village AOC, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru. It is worth mentioning that Burgundy also produces a small amount of pink wine (Bourgogne Rose) and sparkling wine (Cremant de Bourgogne).
