Glen Ord is a single malt Scotch whisky produced using traditional, rustic 19th-century batch distillation methods, specifically tailored for Asian palates. The Singleton distillery has been crafting single malt whisky using traditional Scottish methods since 1838, employing pristine water blessed by nature to perfectly present a balanced, rich, and smooth taste. It utilizes a slow, cold fermentation method, copper pot stills, and aging in premium oak casks, using only high-quality barley from the Isle of Glen.

This whisky is aged in both European and American oak casks, blending to create a perfectly balanced, multi-layered, complex, and rich flavor profile. It authentically presents the fresh fruitiness characteristic of Glen Ord, with a hint of green apple. The main notes gradually fade, revealing layers of wood, almond, and cream, further highlighting its deep and complex flavor. The meticulous distillation process creates a wonderfully rich, delicate, and smooth palate.

Aroma: Upon opening, soft vanilla and wood chips reveal aromas of dried fruit and mixed nuts.

Palate: Initially dried with oak and cinnamon, followed by fresh apple and caramelized pear flavors that bring a juicy feel to the palate.

Finish: A very subtle shift emerges at the base of toffee and blueberry.

The Singleton Of Glen Ord distillery is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. It is located on the Black Isle in the Scottish Highlands and is situated on land with a history of nearly 700 years by Clan Mackenzie. The distillery was built by Thomas Mackenzie in 1838 and continues to create whisky using the slow distillation method, following its motto "Luceo non uro", which means "I shine but I do not burn".

Glen Ord is a single malt Scotch whisky made using the traditional and simple 19th century batch distillation method, designed for Asian tastes. The Singleton Distillery has been making single malt whisky using the traditional Scottish method since 1838, using pure water from heaven and earth, perfectly presenting a balanced, rich and smooth taste, slow cold fermentation method, copper pot stills, aging in high-quality oak barrels, and using only high-quality barley produced locally on the Black Isle.
