A rich palate of flavors. Subtle notes of wood and vanilla are enriched with flavors of gingerbread, candied apricots, dates, figs and nuts. This complex taste is subtly spicy and offers a long finish.

Distillery

Founded in 1886, Saint-Rémy established its distillery in Machecoul, in France's Loire Valley. It launched its first "Fine St-Rémy" in 1917, making it a pioneer in the brandy industry. In 1949, Saint-Rémy pioneered the use of a distinctive black bottle, embodying the elegant, modern style of authentic St-Rémy. Saint-Rémy expanded internationally in the 1970s and, within a few decades, conquered markets worldwide, becoming a leading global brandy and France's number one brandy. For over a century, Saint-Rémy has consistently adhered to traditional, authentic French double distillation to produce the most elegant and rich flavor. The distilled eaux-de-vie are then matured in small oak barrels, increasing contact between the spirit and the barrel, preserving the essence and creating the signature Saint-Rémy taste. The secret recipe for Saint-Rémy's brandy has been passed down through generations and is currently mastered by Head Blender Circe. Cécile Roudault carefully guards and creates the exquisite Saint-Rémy French Brandy by selecting the prestigious French wine eaux-de-vie and precisely controlling the brewing process and blending techniques
