Tenju Brewery from Akita Prefecture uses natural submerged water from Mt. Chokai and Shimimiyama Nishiki, the brewery’s best brewer, and specially selects ND-4 flower yeast for brewing. The aroma is unique and elegant, with a green apple aroma and a slight floral aroma. The wine is clear and delicate, with a smooth taste and a slightly spicy finish. It is a refreshing incense style and has a very high cost performance.
【Tenju Brewery】
Tenju Brewery is located in Akita Prefecture, Japan. It was founded as early as the seventh year of Meiji (1874). The name of the sake brewery was decided by the president in the early Showa era. It was inspired by the gift given by the great-grandmother of the first president at her birthday party, and it means "thanking God for a long life." In this regard, Tenju Shuzo combines Akita's excellent water, the best rice and technology to create excellent wines.
Sake brewing mainly uses flower yeast. Flower yeast is a type of sake yeast, but it is different from the more common association yeast and prefectural yeast. Flower yeast uses pollen to cultivate and select healthy and strong yeast. The ND-4 yeast used by Tenju Shuzo is harvested from Nadeshiko flowers.

The style is soft, acidic, and has a body in the mouth.
