Made from grapes from one of the winery's finest vineyards, this wine has rich flavors of black berries and dark chocolate. Plus it’s aged in French oak barrels, giving it a rich taste. Rich aromas of cloves, dark chocolate and coffee beans, with complex layers.

Blackcurrant and savoury plum with bay leaf dominate on the nose. The palate displays both texture and intensity with grainy tannins and fine-grained oak supporting some quality fruit. Has a firm core which carries it through to a very long finish. I like this wine.

【Twinwoods Estate】

Twinwoods Estate was founded in 2005 and is located on the banks of the Margaret River in Western Australia. The vineyard covers an area of 8.5 hectares and is the first wine estate wholly owned by the internationally renowned Jebsen Wines. In addition to Margaret River being considered a premium wine-producing region in Australia, Twinwoods Estate is also a rising star with great potential. The winery is currently owned by wine trader Jebsen and managed by winemaker Aldo Bratovic. Aldo Bratovic was born into an Italian family. Under the influence of his family, he has been committed to brewing Australian wines with both new and old world styles. He studied under Brian Croser, an Australian winemaker known as a "terroirist". The winemaking style is heavily influenced by Brian Croser.

The winery's products have the typical fresh aroma of Australian Chardonnay, attractive fruit flavor and elegant tannin structure like Tuscany, Italy. It has won numerous honors internationally. For example, in 2017, it was named one of the top ten Australian estates in the Australia Wine Companion by the famous international wine critic James Halliday. In addition, all of the wines from Shuangxi Mountain Villa received a score of 90 points or above.
