Umegae Shuzo

It was founded in 1787, in the middle of the Edo period, during the era of the 11th shogun Iiseki, and was named by Omura Junjin, the lord of the Omura clan. Blessed with a rich natural environment and a famous water source that comes from 300 meters underground, every step from rice to sake has been made by hand for over 200 years. During this period, it has won numerous awards, including the National New Sake Appraisal Gold Medal and the Fukuoka Local Taxation Bureau Appraisal Excellence Award for 6 consecutive years, and won the Gold Medal in the Authentic Shochu category.

In recent years, mango has been firmly ranked first in the "Southern Fruit Popularity Ranking" and has become a hotly debated fruit. 
This new product is made with these perfectly ripe mango pulp ground, plus yogurt from Oita, Kyushu. The crisp acidity and sweetness of the yogurt, combined with the tropical aromas of mango, achieve a harmonious palate beyond imagination. 
The richness of the yogurt is intertwined with the fleshiness of the mango, and the intensity is further enhanced, allowing you to feel a touch of the relaxing feeling of a southern vacation.
