Amber in color, the aroma has a strong aroma of nuts from Oloroso sherry barrels, a round and smooth taste, with a sweet, layered mellow sugary taste, and a long aftertaste

Lord Lauder Scotch Whisky is crafted from Oloroso sherry casks carefully selected by the head bartender.

Oloroso Sherry Barrel

Oloroso means "scented" in Spanish. The Oloroso Sherry is a dark, oxidative aged Oloroso wine with a thick body and a rounded taste, with obvious aromas of nuts, caramel, spices, leather, tobacco, etc.

Behind the Brand

Mr Lauder started his own barber shop in 1834 on a street in Glasgow, Scotland's largest city. And one of the reasons why this little shop's reputation has gradually spread in Glasgow is that it is hidden in the basement of the little shop. The guest sits comfortably in a chair, with a wine glass in one hand and a book in the other, and 20 minutes later, his hair is trimmed, and the mellow scent is still lingering in his mouth. This small shop in Glasgow, run by Lauder, sells alcohol on the first floor and the barber shop in the basement, where not only guests can enjoy the service of a haircut while tasting wine, but also the starting point of Lord Lauder whisky. Eventually MR. ARCHIBALD LAUDER founded the LAUDER'S whisky brand in 1834. As a professional bartender, he accurately grasps the technology and aesthetics between the market and bartending; his precise and harmonious bartending skills are especially talked about. MR. ARCHIBALD LAUDER knows that scotch whisky is going to the international stage and must not rely solely on niche market preferences, so he insists on creating SCOTCH WHISKY that meets the taste of the public but still retains its unique style. MR. ARCHIBALD LAUDER began to develop the so-called TASTING project, which was a pioneer in the Scotch whisky industry at that time. Lord Lauder was born under the affirmation of the market and the quality of the winemaker; his excellent performance has won the undefeated position of the Edinburgh Art and Technology Exhibition for many years.
