Burgundy's liquor can be the most famous in France, and the average price is the most expensive, while Chablis can be the most approachable value in the village series, it is simply tied to the land price, great value!

Chablis is a village in the Burgundy region. It is closer to the Champagne region in the northern Burgundy region. The locals are only allowed to grow white grapes Chadonnay, the same as the white wine grapes in Burgundy, but thanks to its soil, the flavor is unique! In this land that was once under the sea, there was a fossil of Exogyra virgula. The shells of the oysters made the lime content of the soil extremely high, so the wine had a prominent mineral taste and tasted like a slightly salty mineral spring. Water may also smell like the flint of lighters (Flint). This irritating mineral taste plus prominent sourness is a characteristic of Chablis.
