【Chateau Dalem】
Chateau Dalem是此地最具代表性的酒莊，也是波爾多歷史最悠久的酒莊之一,酒莊建於1610年。第一代擁有人Michel Rullier在1955年將釀酒技術現代化，目的是提高葡萄酒的品質，促進國際化。而他的女兒Brigitte在2002年正式接棒，運用她多年跟隨老父一起打理葡萄園的經驗，慢慢地建立她的個人團隊，並一心向國際出發，推動她的葡萄酒理念,Brigitte 不主張過份用木桶和浸漬，覺得一切要適可而止，所以每款酒在釀製過程中她都不斷反覆測試各步驟和入桶的時間做而至最合適的效果。相她強調葡萄酒的自然與和諧結合，堅信可以將優雅，清新的口味做到平衡。
酒莊佔地 33 公頃的葡萄園種植了 90% 的梅洛、95 % 的品麗珠和 1%的馬爾貝克。風土是粘土和石灰岩土壤的混合體，南面朝南，朝東南暴露。葡萄園可細分為 16 個不同的地塊。葡萄園平均樹齡45年，而種植的葡萄密度從每公頃6,000株葡萄到每公頃6,600株葡萄藤。這使葡萄酒能夠有足夠空間和更健康的生長環境 全人手採收，為了生產ChateauDalem 的葡萄酒，葡萄酒是在傳統的、溫度控制的、混凝土大桶中釀造的。大桶的大小不一，可以逐個進行釀造。蘋果乳酸發酵在桶中進行。 Chateau Dalem 的葡萄酒在裝瓶前在 60% 的新法國橡木桶中陳釀 18 個月。 2008 年，酒莊推出了副牌酒Tenation de Dalem。 Chateau Dalem 每個年份的平均年產量接近 5,500 箱。Chateau Dalem的最佳年份是：2020、2019、2018、2017、2016、2015、2014、2012、2010、2009和2005。

The 2018 Dalem is quite backward on thenose, opening gradually to offer blackberry, licorice and very light mentholaromas; you just want to give the aromatics a polite kick up the backside. Thepalate is medium-bodied with supple tannins and a fine bead of acidity. Quitejuicy in the mouth, delivering black cherries and cassis toward thewell-defined, persistent finish. Excellent, but give it 24 months in bottle,because the nose needs time to find its mojo.

【Fronsac弗龍薩克】
Fronsac（弗龍薩克）位於波爾多右岸Libourne鎮以西幾英里處，靠近多爾多涅河（DordogneRiver）北岸，是波爾多東部著名的葡萄酒產區。
產區山坡腳下大多為多爾多涅河(Dordogne River)的岸邊沖積土壤,這種土壤種植的葡萄品質優越, 坡面則地勢略微偏高,表層土壤大多為沙石,石灰石,黏土堆積,這使得長出的葡萄藤能抵禦用炎熱的天氣,這裡的葡萄並沒有受高溫影響,質量反而變得更好,釀造出來的酒風味,香氣,結構更加均衡。 除多爾多涅河之外,還有條伊斯樂河（Isle River）橫穿產區,這導致弗龍薩克擁有舒適的溫帶海洋性氣候,這裡充足的水源形成的良好微氣候,大大減少了春季夜間霜凍的影響,也緩解了夏季的酷熱,為葡萄的生長提供了一個非常舒適的環境。
葡萄種植面積為 1,200 公頃左右,主要種植梅洛（Merlot）、品麗珠（Cabernet Franc）、瑪爾貝克(Malbec)和赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)。
（1） 梅洛（Merlot）:弗龍薩克產區最主要的葡萄品種,生長情況良好,成熟度高,常帶有李子乾、桑椹等風味,是弗龍薩克葡萄酒中比例最大的葡萄品種。
（2） 品麗珠（Cabernet Franc）:種植面積第 2 大的葡萄品種,常用來和梅洛一起混釀,為葡萄酒提供骨架和香味。
（3） 瑪爾貝克(Malbec):種植面積相對前二者較低,主要在調配的時候加入,所以弗龍薩克的葡萄酒會因為瑪爾貝克的加入,複雜度和酒體會更精彩一些。
（4） 赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon):在此產區種植面積較少,一般弗龍薩克葡萄酒中赤霞珠的比例較低,主要為了添加單寧和酒體複雜性。
釀造的葡萄酒有著紅寶石般的色澤,酒香濃郁而特別,有水果和胡椒香味,還有香料味道。 口感醇厚,濃郁。 酒體豐滿,單寧重但並不突兀,適合陳釀。 弗龍薩克的葡萄酒由梅洛和品麗珠調配而成,純正,醇厚,具有複雜的個性。
