品酒筆記：Châteaude Panigon 以其精緻和復雜的香氣表現引人入勝。首先是黑色水果的香氣：黑莓和黑醋栗，然後是烤麵包的香氣。觸感很平衡，長而圓潤。單寧融化，餘味果香。

Dark red with dark purple highlights.Pleasant nose opening up to red and black berry fruit notes of blackcurrant andstrawberry. The palate is precise and supported by well-integrated tannins.Pleasant fruit and spice aromatics are present throughout.

ChateauDe Panigon自1855年的波爾多列級酒莊評選起已獲得中級酒莊地位，酒莊採用家族式管理經營模式，城堡擁有90公頃的土地，其中葡萄園的面積為53公頃。葡萄園位於吉倫特河（Gironde）三角洲一帶，葡萄種植風土優越，成熟度也較佳。園內地表覆蓋了梅多克（Medoc）經典的礫質土壤，主要種植45% Cabernet Sauvignon、50% Merlot和5% Petit Verdot，酒莊一直專注釀酒和葡萄環境的持續種植，在2016年獲得法國農業部'高環保價值（High Environmental Value，簡稱HVE）認可
