法國波爾多右岸的Pomerol(波美侯)產區，波美侯產區的葡萄種植面積只有不到800公頃，同鄰居Saint Emilion (聖埃美隆產區) 5,000公頃相比，更加珍貴！Château La Croix du Casse佔地只有13公頃，這支波美侯產量亦非常罕有！年產量只有3000箱！數量有限，萬勿錯過！

【Chateau La Croix du Casse - Casteja家族管理團隊】

Chateau La Croix du Casse (拉克魯瓦杜卡斯酒莊) 在2005年被PhilippeCasteja (菲利普·卡斯特亞) 收購，PhilippeCasteja從Audy家族那裡購買了酒莊，Casteja家族是經驗豐富的酒莊擁有者和酒商，在法國波爾多的左右岸都有酒莊，包括Pauillac (波雅克)的ChâteauBatailley，Saint Emilion (聖埃米利翁)的ChâteauTrotte Vieille和另一間著名波美侯酒莊Domainede l’Eglise (德格勒)。自2005年購買以來，PhilippeCasteja對Château La Croix du Casse的酒窖和Pomerol葡萄園進行改建，在酒窖中，陳舊的混凝土桶被不銹鋼代替，葡萄園採用了新的排水系統，葡萄酒質量不斷提昇。

而在此之前，酒莊的前任莊主Jean-Michel Arcaute先生建立了一套嚴密的流程，確保酒莊釀造的葡萄酒品質穩定，使得酒莊在波美侯佔有一席之地。在發酵前，所有葡萄醪會進行為期4天的冷浸漬，然後進行長達4週的發酵，使用的發酵容器為可控溫不銹鋼發酵罐。卡斯十字堡出品的葡萄酒不會經過下膠和過濾，以保留葡萄酒最真實的風味。這些葡萄酒有一半是在新的橡木桶中陳年。令人遺憾的是，這位前莊主在2001年的一次船舶事故中去世，告別了心愛的釀酒事業。
