Domaine de La Janasse 加納斯酒莊
酒莊 Winery
來自 Rhone Village 的 Domaine de la Janasse 加納斯酒莊在眾多法國歷史悠久的酒莊中，算是一個後起之秀。雖然酒莊1912年就有自己的葡萄園，並種植葡萄，但是不自己釀酒，而是將葡萄批量賣給酒商。一直到1967年，酒莊創始人 Aime Sabon 退役回來接管葡萄園後才開始自己釀酒，並在1973年，他建立了自己的酒窖，並命名為 Domaine de la Janasse。Janasse 的名字來自於小葡萄樹在 Chateauneuf du Pape的小地塊。2001年，Aime 的兩個孩子 Christophe 和 Isabel 加入，一起幫忙管理酒莊。目前，Sabon 家族的所有成員都參與了酒莊的運營，各有分工。

Aime 知道自己的土地有絶佳的風土，他通過收購新土地來擴大葡萄園。現在酒莊的葡萄園從一開始的15公頃，到現在已達到 90公頃，分佈在 60多個不同的地塊，擁有多樣性的風土。這樣令酒莊出產的葡萄酒帶有極多的變化。在葡萄園中，有些葡萄樹的樹齡甚至達到90年!

今日這款是酒莊老藤系列，葡萄藤的樹齡都在60-100年。Parker曾讚譽 Janasse是教皇新堡中最棒的酒莊之一，風格濃郁飽滿，同時又展露出細緻溫柔的優雅，深深吸引全世界酒迷的心。這款酒的2007、2010年份都獲得了帕克的滿分成績。2003年，帕克第一次品鑒時打出了96-100的滿分成績，經過4次品鑒後，最新評分為 Jeb Dunnuck 在 2014年打出的97分高分評價！他在不止一次喝過這款酒後，發現這款酒的品質相當穩定，每一次都非常的好。黑櫻桃利口酒、櫻桃酒、水果蛋糕和香料的氣息，整款酒香氣濃郁，層次豐富，酒體平衡，結構緊湊，尾味帶有淡淡的煙熏和華麗的歌海娜果香。

Time will tell if this wine equals the stellar 2015; it's certainly very close in quality. The 2016 Chateauneuf du Pape Cuvee Vieilles Vignes is a blend of approximately 75% Grenache, 12% Mourvèdre, 8% Syrah and the rest other permitted varieties. Tarry and deep on the nose, it delivers waves of blackberries and black cherries on the palate, framing those flavors with plenty of richness, layers of silky tannins and a long, elegant finish.

There’s a very intense core of dark fruit. A deep, ripe and quite savory palate with spices and dark herbs. Bitter chocolate, too. Real depth and power here. Super-fresh, dark spice and cola give a real spark to the finish. Thrilling. A blend of four old-vine parcels from a variety of soils.

Opaque ruby. Powerful, mineral-accented blackberry and cherry aromasare complemented by incense, licorice and potpourri flourishes. Supple,sweet and impressively concentrated, offering palate-staining red and darkberry, cherry liqueur, fruitcake and lavender pastille flavors braced by acore of juicy acidity. Plush yet surprisingly lithe for its brawn, showing asuave floral note and outstanding clarity and velvety tannins on thestrikingly long, smoke- and spice-tinged finish.
