品飲筆記 Tasting Note

選用Altenbergde Bergheim Grand Cru的Riesling葡萄釀造，是GustaveLorentz Signature 酒款之一。富有具表現力的香氣，散發出微妙的煙燻香味、新鮮百香雪松和檸檬草的香氣，也有混合著蘋果、梨子水果香氣。口感清新緊實，酒體較厚，略帶礦物感、餘韻悠長。收結帶有辛辣味和淡淡的柑橘味。

酒莊 Winery

Gustave Lorentz酒莊是阿爾薩斯三大國際知名酒莊之一，歷史悠久，創立於1836年，至今已有超過180年悠久歷史，傳承至家族的第七代。酒莊位於法國阿爾薩斯的Bergheim，擁有超過三十三公頃自家葡萄園，當中Altenberg de Bergheim特級園以及位於Kanzlerberg的特級園。

現時酒莊由第七代的Georges Lorentz掌舵。他意識到當前和未來的環境挑戰，在 2009 年轉為有機種植。2012 年開始，他們所有自家葡萄園的出品都獲得有機認證。酒莊的規模雖然大，但依舊堅持全部人手採收。值得一提的是，1983年，阿爾薩斯產區隨著開始界定最優良的葡萄園為「特級園」，(Grand Cru)，使其葡萄酒水準更上層樓。而近十多年更明顯的全球暖化，也令此區的酒產生更多變化。酒莊生產的酒款經常被著名航空公司（法國航空公司、日本航空公司、阿聯酋航空）采用，作爲頭等艙用酒。

產區 Region

Altenberg de Bergheim特級園位於Bergheim小鎮的北面，是極佳的Riesling 和Gewurztraminer的地塊，也是阿爾薩斯唯二允許混種與混釀的特級園之一。「Altenberg」在阿爾薩斯的方言解作「老山」的意思。GustaveLorentz 在這塊葡萄園的葡萄藤齡為35– 50年，所以是「老藤」(VieillesVignes)。以粘土石灰岩為主的土壤、南向朝向、以及220-320米的陡峭山坡和山上的溪流都形成了較溫和的氣候，是優質的葡萄的生長環境。

Medium-bodied and bright acidity with a seductive mineral finish. Very precisely framed wine that shows wonderful finesse and vibrancy. From organically grown grapes.
