【Vinous 91-93】

The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Seuvrées has quite a backward nose at first with hints of dark chocolate and vanilla infusing the red berry fruit. Floral in style. The palate is medium-bodied with fine grip, quite elegant with nicely-pitched acidity, edgy with impressive mineralité on the finish. Recommended - this shows the pedigree of this lieu-dit.

A more deeply pitched and more sauvage-inflected nose is comprised by ripe and fresh aromas of poached plum and cassis. The succulent, energetic and solidly concentrated medium weight flavors coat the palate with sappy dry extract while offering fine depth and persistence on the dusty and balanced finale. This is a very good Gevrey villages and also worth considering.

酒莊 Winery

Domaine Hubert Lignier 修伯特酒莊創立於1880 年，第一代莊主Jacques Lignier 在夜丘中心的Morey-St-Denis村購置了葡萄園，開啟釀酒事業，世代傳承。第四代Hubert Lignier，是讓酒莊發揚光大的功臣；他具備布根地的傳統美德，縱使在最艱難的時刻，從未放棄，堅守腳下的土地，一步一腳印，擴大莊園，以最佳狀態迎向未來。時至今日，酒莊可說是Morey Saint Denis 甚至整個布根地夜丘最受人尊敬的酒莊之一。

1992 年，第五代接班人 Romain（為釀酒而生的天才）為酒莊注入新的釀酒技術，讓葡萄酒展現更自然純淨的質地。遺憾的是，Romain 於2004年因癌症英年早逝（年僅34歲）。當時已退休的Hubert 只好重披戰袍同時召回長子Laurent 返家協助。未料Romain 的妻子Kellen執意分家並帶走Clos de la Roche部分田產，並以兩個兒子之名成立新酒莊。所幸直到2013年雙方逐漸達成協議，酒莊於2014年恢復原來的規模。加上酒莊在2006至2013年期間陸續購入一些葡萄園以彌補損失，因此擁有比以往更大面積的葡萄園。

目前酒莊由Hubert Lignier與長子Laurent 共同管理。酒莊擁有佔地 9 公頃的葡萄園，釀造24 款葡萄酒，包括大區級、村莊級、一級園和特級園。從1990 年代開始，堅決不使用除草劑和殺蟲劑，以利微生物生長，尊重氣候與土壤，維持葡萄生長環境的平衡。自 2011 年以來，全面採取有機耕種法照顧葡萄園。

產區 Region

Gevrey Chambertin 熱夫雷香貝丹是法國勃艮第夜丘（Cote de Nuits）產區非常著名的村莊，位於第戎（Dijon）南部，東邊是平坦開闊的撒安納（Saone）平原，勃艮第（Burgundy）最優質的紅葡萄酒產區之一。在各Burgundy村莊之中，它的酒體濃厚，結構紮實，顏色較深，橡木桶味道也比較重。因此，Gevrey-Chambertin 往往被形容為男性化的葡萄酒，難怪 Chambertin Grand Cru 會被稱為葡萄酒中的國王 “King of Wines”，而 Musigny Grand Cru 則被稱為葡萄酒中的王后 “Queen of Wines”。
