Millésimé Brut 堅持只以最優質的葡萄釀造，至少窖藏七年才上市，酒莊只在最完美的年份才生產。氣泡細緻綿滑，果香豐富四溢，突出的成熟水果香氣，兼具杏仁與小白花香氣。豐腴寬廣的口感，新鮮水蜜桃和清新的鳳梨水果風味，悠長迷人的餘韻，泛出礦石、鳳梨與黄桃李尾韻徘徊在口腔中。

This is in a new bottle, like the stout ones used for the rosé and blanc de blancs. This is very structured with a density andrichness with hints of strawberry to the apple character. Bubbles turn fine textured at the end. Delicious flavors of biscuits and dried apple in thefinish. Special character to this because of the very ripe vintage. Disgorge din November 2021. This is half chardonnay and half pinot noir. This can agewell due to the phenolics. Drink or hold.

As usual, this latest release of the 2015 Brut Millésimé is a blend of equal parts Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Offering uparomas of confit citrus, blanched almonds, spices and a delicate smoky reduction, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and enrobing, with good depth atthe core and a slightly smoky, phenolic finish. Dosage: eight grams per liter.

【Laurent-Perrier（羅蘭百悅）】

Laurent-Perrier（羅蘭百悅）香檳酒莊成立於1812年，由André Michel Pierlot在 Tours-sur- Marne 創立，當時以他的名字命名。後來，酒莊被Pierlot 遺贈給了當時的釀酒師 Eugene Laurent 和其妻子Mathilde Emilie Perrier。在Eugène Laurent於1887年去世之後，Mathilde Emilie Perrier接管酒莊，在她的領導下，Laurent-Perrier成為第一次世界大戰爆發前最成功的香檳品牌之一。

1939年，de Nonancourt家族買下了Laurent-Perrier，1948年，酒莊由家族中的Bernard de Nonancourt管理經營，自那以後的50多年裏，在 Bernard de Nonancourt 的管理下，Laurent-Perrier 香檳搖身一變，從當年名列百名之末的香檳酒莊，發展成現在排名第三的香檳巨人，產量翻升了100多倍。直到2010年Bernard以90歲高齡逝世為止，他被認為是建立起酒莊品牌現代化形象的最大功臣。現由他的兩個女兒成為酒莊現在的主人。
