Juicy on the palate, elegant, with a refinedstructure, discreet peach notes, balanced, with some minerality, and a saltyfinish. It is promising with certain ageing potential.

直至1990年以前，Malartic酒莊一直由 Ricard 家族掌管。 1901年，酒莊傳給了Angele Ricard，隨後又傳給了孫女Simone，Simone尼隨後嫁給了酒莊的經理Jacques Marly。在1947至1990年間一直管理著Malartic酒莊，是Ricard家族最後一位經營這座酒莊的後人。在1990年，Malartic酒莊被出售給Perrier家族。在購下Malartic酒莊之後的7年內，Perrier家族並沒對其做太多的改變。 1996年末，酒莊再次轉手，此次接管的是一對比利時夫婦Alfred-Alexandre Bonnie和Michele Bonnie。隨著Bonnie家族的加入，酒莊在資金充裕的條件下進行了進一步的革新，葡萄園面積比原來上升一倍，釀酒設備亦全部更換為現代化設備。酒莊目前還聘請了優秀的釀酒顧問Michel Rolland和Athanase Fakorellis在酒莊工作。
Malartic酒莊擁有當地極具代表性的土壤。來源於第四季冰川時代的深厚的沙礫層，在沙礫層之下為石灰岩底層土壤，帶有遠古的貝殼與海洋生物化石，同時還有一小部分黏土。酒莊擁有53公頃葡萄園。與其他格拉夫酒莊一樣，酒莊亦劃分出一小塊7公頃的土地種植白葡萄，其他的則種植紅葡萄。白葡萄的種植比例為80% sauvignon blanc 和20% Semillon 。紅葡萄的種植比例為45% Cabernet Sauvignon、45% Merlot 和2% Petit Verdot 及8% Cabernet franc 。
在釀造方面，酒莊毫不例外地採用全人工作業，葡萄經人手採摘之後，放入大桶中發酵。新莊主Bonnie家族對酒莊進行了新一輪的投資與擴建，並由Bernard Mazieres設計，建立了新的發酵室與酒窖，安置了發酵所需的20個不銹鋼發酵罐與10個橡木發酵罐，所有發酵過程的溫度都需嚴格控制。經過酒精發酵及混合後，紅葡萄酒在橡木桶中進行陳釀，每年用50-70%的新桶，橡木桶熟成期需要22個月。白葡萄酒每年用40-60%的新桶，橡木桶熟成期需要15個月。裝瓶前，需要使用蛋清來澄清。
與部分Graves酒莊一樣，Malartic 酒莊的白葡萄酒一直以來有著比紅葡萄酒更高的評價，無論正牌酒還是副牌酒，酒莊均釀造相應的白葡萄酒，不管白葡萄酒還是紅葡萄酒，它們都有著上乘的的質量。這裡也生產Le Rose de Malartic，主要由65%%的Merlot 、30%的Cabernet Sauvignon和5%的Cabernet Franc混合釀造。需要注意的是，自2007年以後酒莊更改了自己副牌酒的名稱，由原來的Le Sillage de Malartic變為現在的La Reserve de Malartic
