Ruinart Rose由 Chardonnay 與 Pinot Noir 調和釀造。酒色是淡淡金色融合玫瑰花瓣顏色，氣泡細緻，旋昇於杯中。以醋栗與紅色莓果主導的優雅香氣表現令人神怡，入口後的口感平衡、高雅、清新，如絲網般的丹寧綿延出濃郁果味，餘韻悠長。

Ruinart 是香檳區鼻祖級的生產商。它創立於 1729 年，目前已有近三百年的歷史。 Ruinart 的故事起源於本篤會修士 Thierry Ruinart。 Thierry 在巴黎求學期間體驗到了「香檳」這個當時已經在貴族群體中流行的氣泡酒。 1729 年，在 Thierry 的指導下，他的侄子 Nicolas Ruinart 在 Reims 成立了 Maison Ruinart，開始釀造香檳。 Maison Ruinart 在 Ruinart 家族手中傳承了一代又一代。直到上世紀五、六十年代，因經營困難被 LVMH 集團（Moet & Chandon）收入麾下，成為了這個奢侈品帝國的一部分。

Ruinart 香檳的瓶子造型獨特，胖胖的有點可愛。這個外形設計是對十八世紀的香檳酒瓶的致敬。法國畫家 Jean-François de Troy 的著名畫作《Luncheon with Oysters》完成於 Maison Ruinart 成立的同時期。也是現存最早的描繪飲用香檳場景的畫作。畫中的酒瓶形狀與 Maison Ruinart 所採用的瓶子形狀幾乎相同。

Ruinart香檳細緻、優雅且複雜的風格，與酒廠使用高比例的Chardonnay葡萄品種有相當大的關聯，基本款香檳就混合了至少40-50% Chardonnay，有年份的香檳更是使用比例超過一半以上的Chardonnay。而座落於香檳大城Reims的酒廠，有座歷史悠久、深達30米以上的crayeres(白堊酒窖-高盧羅馬的稱呼)，終年維持穩定良好的低溫，配合適宜的濕度，成為存放香檳的絕佳天然地窖。

Ruinart Rose 首次出現在250多年前，是世界上第一款出現的粉紅香檳，至今仍保持著卓越的品質。

釀製的葡萄都是用人工一篮一篮從一級葡萄園篩選出來的，主要是 Sillery 和 Brimont 荘園，也是 Ruinart 家族的祖屋。

Excellent freshness to this delicately fruity and refreshing rosé Champagne. Notes of pomegranate, grapefruits, pink-berry fruit and a touch of fresh croissant. Lively and very drinkable. 45% pinot noir, 30% chardonnay and 25% meunier, including 14% red wine. Based on the 2021 vintage, with around 37% reserve wines.

(55% Pinot Noir and 45% Chardonnay; 9 g/l dosage; LAH9V): Lightorange. Sharply focused red berry and tangerine scents are complicatedby suggestions of allspice and cinnamon, with a hint of smokiness in thebackground. Sappy and minerally on the palate, offering fresh strawberryand blood orange flavors lifted by juicy acidity. Packs a serious punch butcarries no excess weight and finishes stony and very long, with echoing redberry character.

The latest rendition of Ruinart’s NV Brut Rosé evokes aromas of blood orange, red berries, flowers and pastry. Medium to full-bodied, round and supple, it’s elegant with a fleshy core of fruit, bright acids and a long, delicate finish. There’s no reason to wait.
