Lots of sliced cooked apples, lemons and minerals with hints of flowers. It’s medium-bodied with lovely fruit and a creamy finish. Bright and vivid. Always delicious. Chardonnay, viognier, gros manseng and sauvignon.

使用相當獨特的混釀比例釀造, 基於波爾多對葡萄品種的限制，所以只能夠標示“Vin de France”。當中使用了 Gros Manseng，令整支有不錯的酒體。Viognier則帶來白花香氣。除此之外，帶有橙花、白胡椒和蜜桃的香氣，口感豐富、尾段絲滑，帶奶油感。風格華麗圓潤。

An atypical white blend in Bordeaux, labelled as a Vin de France, with Chardonnay, Gros Manseng, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc in the blend. Round and unctuous on the palate, the weight and texture are noticeable straight away with a slight viscous feel plumping up the bright and buttery citrus fruit, yellow plum, yuzu and green apple flavours. The weight is contrasted nicely by the high acid and bright fruits.

Flower and honeysuckle aromatics with pomelo, mango, white peach and banana notes are just great here. On the palate ,the wine is juicy, creamy and lifted. It is the combination of ripe fruits, cracked pepper, sweetness and blazing acidity that make everything work here. The unique blend is made from 30% Gros Manseng, 28% Chardonnay , 27% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Viognier . The wine was vinified in stainless steel and barrel and aged in 100% new, French oak barrels.

The 2019 opens with earthy / savory notes of straw, fallen leaves, and allspice, over a core of apple sauce, poached pears, and marzipan. Medium-bodied, the palate delivers refreshing acidity with apple and pear flavors and a pleasant nuttiness on the finish. This is a seriously fun wine!

A lovely change of pace, this white is bright and high-pitched, with super-fresh honeysuckle, quinine and lime pith notes zipping through, followed by hints of green almond and mirabelle plum on the finish.
【Chateau du Tertre - 杜特城堡】
杜特城堡（Chateau du Tertre）位於法國波爾多左岸的瑪歌（Margaux）產區，Tertre在法語中指山丘或上升地面，這是莊園所在的位置。自1855年開始葡萄園面積未有改動，杜特酒莊的歷史可以追溯到1143年，在漫長的歷史中就中曾多次易主，於1855年被評為五級莊。如今它也是波爾多特級酒莊聯合會（Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux, 簡稱UGCB）成員之一。波爾多龐大的葡萄酒家族——塞古爾（Marques de Segur）家族是酒莊歷任擁有者之一，該家族在巔峰時期曾同時擁有拉菲古堡（Chateau Lafite Rothschild）、木桐酒莊（Chateau Mouton Rothschild）、拉圖城堡（Chateau Latour）和凱隆世家莊園（Chateau Calon Segur）等多個頂級名莊。在塞古爾家族的管理下，杜特城堡取得飛躍式的進步，酒莊面積擴大，葡萄酒品質也逐漸受到眾多專家的認可。在1955年由於 Philippe Gasqueton 離世，酒莊轉讓給荷蘭家族 Jelgersma ，家族同時擁有另一家三級莊 Chateau Giscour ，同樣交給酒莊經理 Alexander Van Beek 管理。
