‘Mythique’ is the French word for ‘mystery’, while the owl depicted on the label symbolises wisdom.

Tasting Notes: The wine displays a deep ruby hue. The bouquet is rich, revealing notes of ripe blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberry jam, interwoven with Mediterranean garrigue, liquorice, pepper and a hint of elegant toasted bread. The palate is full-bodied and rounded, with acidity and tannins achieving perfect balance. The finish is long, carrying a subtle sweetness reminiscent of dark chocolate.

Winemaking Process: The estate employs an exceptionally rigorous fruit selection procedure, with separate vinification for different grape varieties and vineyard plots. To achieve silky tannins, a slow, low-temperature maceration and fermentation process lasting 20 to 30 days is undertaken. Subsequently, a portion of the wine is aged for several months in French oak barrels, which not only enhances the wine's structure but also imparts captivating notes of vanilla and wood.

Its brand ethos is safeguarded by an “Owl”, symbolising the health and equilibrium of the local ecosystem. This collection brings together the finest wines from over 1,500 elite Languedoc winegrowers, meticulously curated by a team of master winemakers. It aims to showcase the unique complexity and rich layers of southern France to the world, establishing itself as a globally acclaimed classic everyday wine.
