Chateau Balestard la Tonnelle（貝拉斯達城堡）位於法國波爾多 Saint-Emilion（聖埃美隆）產區，是 Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classe 之一。酒莊的英文名字來源於一位名叫Balstard 的教士。目前仍然佇立在酒莊中央的一座石塔——La Tonnelle 被認為是Saint-Emilion 地區最古老的建築之一，曾經作瞭望觀測之用，如今則靜靜地佇立在Chateau Balestard la Tonnelle 的葡萄園中央，成為了 Chateau Balestard la Tonnelle 的象徵。


酒莊歷史非常悠久，可追溯至 15世紀。法國 15世紀的著名詩人 Francois Villon 曾在一首詩中讚美了 Chateau Balestard la Tonnelle 的佳釀，為見證這一歷史讚譽，酒莊將此詩印在其出產的葡萄酒的酒標上。不過，酒莊為此也耗費了很大的精力，才說服法國政府允許其在正標上印上文學性的句子（一般的只能印在背標），這使得該酒莊的酒成為世界上唯一在正標上留下詩句的葡萄酒。


1923年 Bertauts-Couture 將酒莊出售給 Berthon先生，在後來的30 年裡皆由其女婿Roger Capdemourlin 經營，此後酒莊便歸屬於 Capdemourlin 家族。Capdemourlin 家族定居於 Saint Emilion 達五世紀之久，長久以來該家族用一種熱誠投入於酒的文化中，近10 年以來酒的經營管理皆落在Roger 之子Jacques Capdemourlin 先生的肩上，更邀請「飛行釀酒師」Michel Rolland 任酒莊釀酒顧問。另該家族同時還掌管著聖埃美隆列級莊Chateau Cap de Mourlin（卡地慕蘭酒莊）和Chateau Petit Faurie Soutard（小富蘇酒莊）。


酒莊葡萄園的地理位置優越，位於著名的Saint-Emilion 高地的山坡處，占地面積為10.6 公頃。葡萄園的土壤由黏土和石灰岩構成，葡萄樹平均年齡為35 年。葡萄園中種植了70% 的Merlot、25%的 Cabernet Franc 和 5%的 Cabernet Sauvignon。酒莊使用傳統的方式釀造葡萄酒，裝瓶前酒液會在新桶比例為50% 的橡木桶中陳釀15 至18 個月。


Chateau Balestard la Tonnelle 是 Saint Emilion 產區最好的列級酒莊之一。自Saint Emilion 產區建立之初起，該酒莊就被評為 Saint Emilion Grand Cru Classe。數個世紀以來，它所釀制的葡萄酒贏得了很多葡萄酒愛好者的青睞。正牌酒 Chateau Balestard la Tonnelle 非常高雅，是典型的法國好酒，從細膩度、橡木與果香的結合度、平衡度上看都是上乘品質。年產量為55000至60000瓶，在法國總統府、議會、國會都有出現，屬於國宴級別的酒。
