The source of the matter went to Beppe Marino Winery to try Moscato's base wine. Officially, it is not considered "wine" because there is no alcohol, but "Moscato Juice" tastes quite rich and rich in honey. It is a unique experience visiting the winery. Curious to ask when these "Moscato Juice" are fermented?
Owner Enot. Maurizio: "It is ready at any time, and the fermentation and bottling will be completed within one month"
It turns out that compared to other wineries, Beppe Marino has a very mature bottling production chain, which is so large that it can even be leased to other wineries. It usually takes 3-4 months to complete the bottling process. It can be completed within a month, which helps wines like Moscato to be drunk as fresh as possible, shortens the waiting time for bottling, and prevents the wine from losing its fruitiness and freshness during this period.
So the Bottling line is really as simple as packaging?
